please report here all the problems in english translation that you find:

 

- spelling or grammar mistakes

- weird translations

- french (untranslated) sentences

- etc

The current language I play since the beginning is French. How can I siwtch to english ? I didn't see any option to do it.

To change the forum language, you have the option in bottom left of it.

 

To change the game language, you have to use the english version of the game in top left (http://www.marchofhistory.com/en/)

Not exactly translating mistake.

But being patient trust me  is not right translation, or atleast it is not full.

Many players already asked why they need to be patient etc.

Simply add: You just have to be patient to server start.
Whats the point: We need to reach certan number of players before game starts.

It will be much more reasonable.

About the "vous ne pouvez pas écrire de traité car la partie est en pause", we are looking into it, seems more like a bug than a simple oversight in translation. Checking to fix it right now

 

About the "do nothing", it is indeed confusing (and in French too) and we will see what we can do about it.

I think this was mentioned by Johannes, but the "Head of Family" label and the placeholder text for the family description are French.

 

 

Also, perhaps it is because I'm American, but "Seignory" is a rather unusual and cumbersome translation of "Seigneurie." It is correct, but uncommon. "Lordship" would be simpler, particularly since the translation used elsewhere for "Seigneur" is "Lord."

For the second thing, it should be translated soon by the english translation team (McLeGrand and those fluent in English ready to help him )

There are a lot of "outdated" terms in the game, notably for the buildings and the technologies. I'm the Game Admin who has translated most of the game in English and I've tried to respect the outdated aspect of some of the words used. However, if native english speakers like you are confused by this term, then we'll speak about it and we may very well change it. It is important however to have the same term used everywhere, whether it is seignory or lordship.

I had to go look up what a Seignory was. Again, it might be because I'm not from Europe, but I'd never encountered that word before.
