It's not a bug, but a suggestion (didn't know where to post it).
There's no way to know that something has happened in game unless the tab with the game is open at all times. I believe it would be extremely convenient for players to have a browser notification for important events (the ones that show as hexagon tiles at the top of the screen). It should be really easy to implement but would give a huge benefit, in my opinion. It would also bring some dynamics to the game
