I saw at some characters this:

 

"This character is energetic. He will grant one more political point each year if activated."

 

or

 

"This character is compliant. People will more easily like him."

 

My question:

 

1.Maybe this is random, but if we marry a character who doesn't have this traits with one with traits, there is a big probability that the child to have one of this traits?

2.Where I can find all traits?

1. The traits are randomly distributed. But it seems that if a prent has one trait, the children have more chance to have it. If both parents have the same trait, maybe the chance is even higher. Parents with the energetic trait can also have children with the dumb trait. It's all about probabilities.
