It appears that a player may have left the game. It also appears that the player deeded all of his cities to another player. I understand deeding some of the cities but the number that changed control seemed excessive to me.

 

Can someone check please?

It's not allowed to give any city, money or prestigious titles you own when you leave the game. It's forbidden for all the belongings, it's forbidden even for only one city.

Please send a ticket to your referee. Telling which family gave the cities to which one? Indicate all the titles which are concerned.

Referees are currently quite IRL busy and they're not enough to take care of everything. If one of you wants to be a referee, you'll probably be welcome .

It's hard for us, as players, to see what actual Lands and Titles transferred between two other players via treaty.

I imagine so, but I think you have quite a good idea of which regions is concerned and so which cities/titles, or some sparse lands.
It's useful to help the referee to find quicker what are the concerned titles. Even more useful when you know their data historic is only 10 days old.

Players can't be referees, that's a conflict of interest. They shouldn't have friends playing the game either ideally. Actually, ideally they should be employees of the developer.
