how does one cancel a subscription before  so it doesn't automatically renew

Il suffit de vous rendre sur votre compte Paypal, puis de cliquer sur la petite route à gauche du bouton « Déconnexion ». Ensuite, vous trouvez en bas à droite de l’écran une zone appelée « Paramètres de paiement » où figure un lien « Paiements préapprouvés ». Cliquez dessus. Vous accédez alors à la liste des paiements préapprouvés que vous avez effectués (sur March of History comme sur n’importe quel autre site d’ecommerce). Cliquez alors sur « Celsius online » puis sur annuler.

In your PayPal account there is a wheel just on the left of the disconnect button. On the bottom right of this new screen you'll find the payment settings with a link to the "preapproved payments". You just need to cancel the one for Celsius Online.

um what if you do not have a paypal account  but did go through paypal?

I dont really undersatnd what you're saying. That's the only way i know to cancel a subscription. Maybe Brennos will be able to help you tomorrow.

I hope so cause i didn't sign up for paypal that i remember  but the payment went through them

If you paid using Paypal, you signed up for a subscription. In the premium shop, you don't buy a premium account for one month (or, 3, or 6 or 1 year), but for one month renewable. You don't select anything, it's just done by itself.

I hope so cause i didn't sign up for paypal that i remember  but the payment went through them 

 

Two options :

*you didn't have a Paypal account and you didn't create one -> No renewal.

*there was a renewal -> means that you do have a paypal account (and if you have one, you must have in your mail box a mail from Paypal about that.)

ok thank you all for the help seems when I clicked the subscription option and it sent for payment it reopened a old paypal account I had  that had been locked  but got everything settled now thanks  again
