Ok, I figured out how to declare it and how to make troops.

How do you convert troops (of 50) into an army? Is it possible?

How do you send them to attack? What are the conditions for that? What supplies do I need for that?

Pls help me!

Check the wiki, "help" button in the upper right corner of your game screen ;)

Once you read it, ask us if you don't understand some point.

Been there, but you must know that the warfare section it has data only for sieges, which is helpful if you know how to get there... I don't know how to ge there, so I really look forward to the other two parts, "the armies" and "the battles".

Again, if someone can teach me, pls do.

50 troops (1 Regiment) is by default their own army. You can combine multiple regiments into one army by having them in a single square (make sure they're all out of town) and ticking the box before selecting a new army to merge them to. Once merged you can move that army town a town and click "besiege" - as for conditions, so long as you make sure they have pay and food you should be able to invade most within 3 months (6 hours) of declaring war.
