What exactly is the option/meaning with this? Can anyone aplay or will this be a choice from Celsius Online them selfes?
(May I add, that I have been a Game-Admin & CM for almoste 6 Years?

Hello,
You can apply to be a referee in Hobbes server, if you speak English and a little bit of French... Then, the admins will have the last word for you to be a referee or not. Hope I answered well.
