I was assigned the Seignory of Cuenca. No problems there but when I looked at the map there were two areas labeled Cuenca.  Is that correct? Which one should I really be using?

Thank you for the reporting, there probably was a mistake when we built the map... so this will be a good story to tell... and maybe to fight, on this map.... two families claming for the name of Cuenca, who is right, who is wrong ?

Saw this game advertised on FaceBook - decided to give it a try - 

I registered then was placed in this version of the game (currently the only one with open slots/ also english speaking)

 

Once I was given my starting location -

I selected to play/enter the game

 

I loads up on a title screen showing % loaded and runs through that all the way until it completed 100%

took only a few seconds...

 

Then where the loading % was displayed it changed to "connecting" - and then never seems to actually start the game... Stays on

"connecting" forever....

 

Any suggestions on what I might be doing wrong?

Since signing up for this game three days ago, I seem to only be able to play for a few minutes at a time before losing connection. Reconnect and so the cycle continues, anyone else having this problem or just me??

I had this problem for a little while as well. It would disconnect quite constantly. I figured it might have been the traffic or some sort of server side issue, which it seemed to be since I no longer have that problem anymore. That's just my guess. If the problem is still persisting for you, then I've got no idea, mine just seemed to vanish on its own.

i have the same problem of huwburt. The game keeps on disconnecting and needs to reconnect which makes me mad.

The disconnecting issue could be a browser or security settings issue.

 

At home, I use one of the latest (if not the latest) version of Firefox. I hardly ever have connection issues.

 

At work (shhh...don't tell anyone!), I use  Internet Explorer 11 and I am disconnected every couple of minutes.

I am using Chrome - and I do not have any connection problems ...

I just noticed one more possibility ... 

 

When I am connected on one window - if I open a second window, *that* disconnects the first window ... the game seems to allow only one connection open at a time ...

 

Could that be your disconnect problem ?

I do have some spy/ad ware that i can not remove - it is possible - that every time a game opens - the ad/spyware checks and tries to load it's own pages - and this might be what is cancelling out the connection to the game...

I can not manage my lordships, they tell me that I must be active Morgan Clomacnoise but I can not because he died. So I can not do anything in my city and not even return. You have a solution? This is the first time that its happening to me.
