If we want to create an alliance of multiple families, could it be possible to get a private forum or some place else within the MoH sphere to start conversations?

The problem is that it would be activated by an admin. By hand.
Just imagine 500 players, only one game.
Now think about 5 games, which will end soon or later (so same job to to again for the new game). That's just crazy. We can't even create a forum by duchy, cause it would be de jure and not de facto.
I think we could implement maybe one forum/game, with public announcements, so people can send PM or give link to mumbles / private forums.

I'm sure that it could be done in such a way that they don't have to be created by hand. There could also be requirements such as a certain amount of players to start with.
The thing with private forums is that you have to create a new account for each of them.

I agree, it's a pain well... you know.
But i wonder what is the point with a subforum : private talks ?
If so it would require people to be able to create forums like then can create private chan in the chat IG. Allowing them to grant access to people and so on.

For me the point is that there is at the moment not a very sufficient way to talk with multiple allies. A simple (private) place to held these talks would therefore be nice. It could be something non-forum IG, it could be a private subforum here.

Yes but how do you define the rights and who will grant them.
You can chat with people by creating a private channel. It will not be as easy to implement this here.

Let's say that the requirements are having 900 prestige, paying 1000 and entering the names of 2 other people who will be part of the alliance from the start. All of this can in principle be verified and executed automatically.
But maybe one of the admins would give their point of view on this.
