I'm Ron Lipford though I don't really like being called like so. My husband doesn't like it method I do but the things i really like doing is body building and now i'm trying to earn money with which it. In my professional life I am a information systems officer but the promotion never comes. Years ago we moved to Maryland horrifying than don't begin changing everything. I am running and a blog here:
