I'm Ron Lipford though I don't really like being called like that experts claim. My husband doesn't like it the way I do but things i really look foward to is body building and now i am trying to make money with understand it. Years ago we moved to Maryland hence there is no don't don't forget changing it again. In my professional life I am a data processing officer but the promotion never comes. I am running as well as a blog here:
