The player LouisFrancois, playing Vienne, has the interdiction until notice:
-to declare or join a war;
-to give away money to other players, by any mean, whatever reason it is.
The player LouisFrancois, playing Vienne, can still own armies to defend themself if he is under attack. The current wars are stopped and cities returned.
This decision will last as long as an admin will not have taken a decision about the facts he is accused, or until further notice.

The reason of this decision is going to be notified to the player.
This is just a game, the game will gain in interest if everyone play fair.

Il y a peux Franconie n'avais rien de jure, maintenant il as une ville, mais il est dans une guerre, il ne devrais pas pouvoir optenir par transfert donc ...

je présume qu'un gest de la part d'un arbitre à eu lieu ? je demande juste pour être sur d'avoir bien comprit, je voudrait pas passer à coté d'un détail (nombreux savent comment j'aime les détailles XD)

Il est interdit de donner une ville quand on est en guerre (et le jeu semble intégrer cette interdiction depuis la mise en place de Diogènes). Mais il n'est absolument pas interdit de se faire donner une ville quand on est en guerre, en tout cas sur le principe.

It's sad to come here to remind so obvious things.

Racism has no place in MoH, and in any Celsius games actually. Racism will always be severely punished, is strictly prohibited and of course no second chance will be given.
A player has then be banned today, as it happened in the past with some others.

We remind you this is just a game, an international game where players from around the world, or from different religions, sexual preferences, etc. play together, with respect and dignity. You are supposed to be all here to share good moments, potentially learn (if interested) from player's cultures if they come from another country or whatever else.

So, counting on you, we hope we'll not be informed anymore of racist behaviours. Have fun.

Hi,

A mea culpa. There was a mistake handling the supposed multiple war Nancy - Buda and Buda - Zerbst, there was none.

Here the events:

5 janvier 1175 : La maison de Nancy déclare la guerre à la maison of Buda

19 avril 1176 : La maison of Buda déclare la guerre à la maison de Zerbst

25 octobre 1176 : La maison de Mannheim propose le traite   à la maison de Nancy
La Maison de Mannheim cède le titre Duchesse de Souabe à la Maison de Nancy.
25 octobre 1176 : La maison de Nancy accepte le traite  , proposé par la maison de Mannheim

The only bond between Nancy and Zerbst was :

Gael de Zerbst, Seigneur de Zerbst, est le vassal de Trestana de Nancy, Duchesse de Souabe.

There was so no multiple war when Buda declared war to Zerbst.


FYI, a multiple war is when you declare a war to an House while you are already in war against one of its allies.
Nothing else.


After discussing with admins, it has been decided the less bad solution would be to end also the Nancy - Buda war. As no compensation could be fine fair for Buda without being unfair to Nancy and its allies.
Considering to be the most fair with this referee's mistake, the best solution is here to end both wars. Cities taken are given back to their owners.
Players are invited to allow enemy troops to come back home and will be able to declare the wars they want the 1st January 1179.

Apologies for this mistake. Have fun.

i remeber most dark days when for something like that you bann people or clean armys but i understand that decission ....just wondering why need to be nice with people who change bonds clearly know that is not fair and after that send ticket....what is the name for this people ....
