Hello, maybe someone can help me.

 

My HoH (no siblings) has 1 son and 1 daughter, the son died early and had 3 girls. The daughter is still alive and has 1 girl. Who gets the money from the HoH if he dies?

Then the money will disappear if your HoH don't give birth to another child.
If it happens, the only solution is to give your money to another member of your family (a member with living children indeed).

Another player told me that it wont disappear. It just goes 50% to the living daughter and the other 50% were splitted to the children (of the dead son). So whats right now?

The money is divided in equal parts to to the living children. If there is no children the money disappears.

But does it skip 1 Generation?

 

HoH dies: 

1. living daughter (50%)

2. dead son (50%) with 3 grandchilds and each grandchild gets 33,3% of the 50% of the dead son?

 

Is that correct?

I heard 3 opinion now, all from experienced players:

1. living daughter gets 100%, grandchilds only get the titles

2. money goes directly to the oldest male/female if he/she is the heir of the titles

3. like I said in this post

The money goes to the living children and never to anyone else.
In your case it'll be 100% to the living daughter.

For the Titles, you're correct. They go to the older son or the older son of the dead older son. Except if the king or the owner of the liege title changed the devolution rules.

You must understand that the Titles and the money don't follow the same heritage rules

Ok so when the daughter of the HoH is not activated, the hoh has all the money and then he died, It could destroy my army?

So I should give some money to the heir anyway, right?

Yeah. So if you can, active the daughter before her father dies.
