Hi, i have 150 militiamen and i want train other 50. I have gold, I have political point, I have people, I have "Soldiers that can be mobilized: 215 - Mobilized soldiers: 150" , and I have the grey button "Raise a regiment". Why i cant trainer more than 150 militaman?
