I would like to see a Forum in which we, the players, can just talk about March of History. There's forums for each world, but no inter-world forum. For example, if I wanted to ask people what there starting strategy was, where would I post it? In my World's forum of course, even though it doesn't just apply to my world, it applies to the entire game.
RK has the Babel Tower which is actively used, and I think having a similar forum would be good here.
