Hello, I do not know if there is a similar topic, because I m not exactly good in french, so I'd like to report that bug in english.
My army can't enter enemy territories, I can move it only in my territory and when I try to click in enemy territory it just doesn't move.

Sorry, for asking here but how can I get 4 political points, currently i have max 3.

Are you sur that you waited for 3 months before try to move in your enemy territories ?

For the political points, you need to activate more than three members of your family (each activates member gives you one political point per year).

In the fammily screen, you have some switches that activate or deactivate the characters.
