Number of men in armies

How can one have (ic) 490 men according to the rankings/strategy screen and have much more in the map screen.

 

In the rankings it says he has 490 men. But looking at sieges there are 224 in one siege, 248 and 248 in another siege (at the same time) and another city has just been taken (so at least 150 men as this city had a fence). And... there is an army further away.

 

If I count all of these men it adds up to at least at 1000 men.

 

Is this a bug?  This way the rankings and information on the strategy screen isn't very trustworthy.

 

By the way... I notices this player once had an army of over MINUS 1k men

You need to read better before you answer.... I know what demobilization is.. duh...

What you describe is in theory impossible. So if it really happened, there is a bug somewhere. Sreenshots would be very appreciated to confirm the things.
Either the army of 1K men, or the ranking.

About the ranking, it's simply an addition of the men of all the armies.
