Referes are not slaves at your service to kick/ban players you don't like.
There is nothing new here, people take one rule who was made to prevent abuse and find one way to use this exact same rule to take advantage of it and penalize other honest players.
About the rule of the '36hours ultimatum' it was originally from an Europe 850 case, where burgundians attacked many spanish players one after an other in one row, to 'access' lands. And creating a mess in the process.
But now, people just use this rules to prevent from being attacked at all, by playing an hardcore timer where every allies refuse to play or communicate, by not joining war nor signing row. And as such blocking completely the attacker side to access his target. And thoses players thinks they're smarter than everyone else and that we won't see through such a lame behavior
Anyway, Khana and Vilorp won't ever being punished for playing the game (or at least trying...) at least not by me.
In my opinion, if you get any disavantadges in the futures situations to come, this will be only your own fault for not playing this game fair and square as it is supposed to be played, from the start.
Back in time, your ennemies were'nt waiting one week to each of your neighbors to get to you. If you guys have decided to not call your allies and gather together, you gotta take full responsability for your actions. It's not the attacker fault.
And crying about cheat and asking for bans, for situations you created, against players who are only trying to play this game is ridiculous. Please kindly understand thoses behaviors must stop, for your own gaming experience.
Good luck to both side
