I am now suffering an inability to merge two units, in the same place. Refreshing does not change the issue, nor does logging out and logging in.

Though it was not working, After repetitive attempts, it has finally worked. I am not sure what has changed, but this is no longer an issue. I'd delete it, but I am not a moderator to do so.
