Premium (sort of) not working?

My manager screen shows up empty and I don't seem to get buttons to collect mills anymore. I still can open the manager, but it doesn't list any towns. I also get the button to create a solo game. My old card expired, but I have set up Paypal with my new one and I did get an e-mail yesterday that the payment was sent.

Any idea what's going on?

EDIT: Not sure what the glitch was, but now it's back. Feel free to ignore.

Hello Ophelia, sorry for the time... how long were you without the infos you needed ?

Was it because this was the renewal of your suscription?

Guessing from the date, it's possible it was a renewal issue. The date on the Paypal receipt is Oct 9, 2015 16:19:07 (GMT+02:00) and it was the first renewal after I changed to a new credit card.

It's happening again this month. Just letting you know.
