Might I ask what "12+" means and (9,90€/M) .. is this a 1x payment for life or how may I see this?

It's a 12 months subscription. The "+" just means that it's a solidarity payment. We'll change it if it's too confusing.

So it is a 1 - time payment and you even pay more than the standard 12 month pack? Hmm.. ok

Is there somewhere a possibility for a premium package without subscription ?? Want to try it, but don't do any subscription model in any game.

You can start by taking the "Viscount" subscription : you have only to pay one month, so you try, and in your paypal settings, you can disable the recurrent payment.
